Welcome to my digital recipe book.

As a former health coach and PT, I’ve spent years learning how to make food perform as good as it tastes. This collection is a mix of nutrient-dense fuel and high-flavour comfort, designed for real life. Whether you’re looking for a "clean" weekday win or an indulgent treat, every recipe is built to be flexible, feel free to tweak the macros (protein/carbs) to hit your specific goals.

Everything here is made from scratch (with a few practical shortcuts like high-quality tacos or sauces), ranging from beginner-friendly to intermediate. Keep checking back; the kitchen is always open, and the latest creations are always right at the top.

Fuel for your goals, flavour for your soul.

This slightly healthier version leaves you feeling satisfied after your sweet treat!
