Go banana’s overnight oats

Overnight oats are great for meal-prepping your weekly breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 75g Rolled oats

  • 280ml Milk of choice

  • 1 Banana, sliced or mashed

  • 1 scoop/tsp Vanilla (essence, pods, paste, or powder)

  • - - Topping - -

  • 1/2 Banana (reserved from above), sliced

  • - - Salad Dressing / Sweetener - -

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)

Method

Place oats in a bowl or Tupperware and pour in the milk, add the vanilla, maple syrup and mix together. In another bowl mash half of the banana and mix it in with the oats. Slice the second half of the banana up and place on top of the oats. Drizzle the nut butter over the top, cover and keep in the fridge overnight.
