Chocolate and roast hazelnut overnight oats
These oats will fix any chocolate cravings, the yoghurt gives it a creamy taste and roast hazelnuts give a nutty bite.

Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp cocoa powder
30g chocolate protein powder (or an extra 1/2 tbsp cocoa + sweetener)
1 tbsp chia seeds
200ml almond or oat milk (or cow's milk)

2 tbsp Greek or natural yogurt (plant-based also works)
1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, crushed
1 tsp cacao nibs
Method
Mix together the oat ingredients in a bowl then transfer to a Tupperware. Add the topping and leave overnight in the fridge. Take out the next morning and enjoy!
