Chocolate and roast hazelnut overnight oats

These oats will fix any chocolate cravings, the yoghurt gives it a creamy taste and roast hazelnuts give a nutty bite.

Meal prep storage

Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 30g chocolate protein powder (or an extra 1/2 tbsp cocoa + sweetener)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 200ml almond or oat milk (or cow's milk)

  • 2 tbsp Greek or natural yogurt (plant-based also works)

  • 1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, crushed

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Method

Mix together the oat ingredients in a bowl then transfer to a Tupperware. Add the topping and leave overnight in the fridge. Take out the next morning and enjoy!
